Remote work opportunities are available to team members who:

  • Have reliable internet connectivity and appropriate workspace
  • Can maintain regular availability during agreed-upon working hours
  • Align with our core values of discipline, honesty, and growth

Work Hours & Availability

We value flexibility but also recognize the importance of collaboration. Remote workers are expected to:

  • Maintain core hours for team synchronization (to be agreed upon with management)
  • Be responsive during working hours via designated communication channels
  • Communicate schedule changes or time off in advance
  • Attend virtual team meetings and collaborative sessions as required

Communication & Collaboration

Effective communication is essential for remote success. OneDefiesAudio uses the following platforms:

Official Communication Tools:

  • Email - Primary communication for formal correspondence and guest coordination
  • Instagram DM - Social media engagement and guest outreach
  • WhatsApp - Quick team communication and client messaging

Team members are expected to:

  • Monitor all designated communication channels regularly
  • Provide regular updates on project progress and deliverables
  • Practice empathy and patience in all virtual interactions
  • Maintain professionalism in all digital communications
  • Respect time zones and working hours of team members

Equipment & Technology

Podcast Production Platform:

  • Riverside - Used for hosting and recording all podcast episodes

Remote workers are responsible for:

  • Maintaining a reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps upload for podcast recording)
  • Providing their own workspace that is conducive to productivity and recording
  • Ensuring proper equipment for audio/video calls and content creation (quality microphone, headphones, webcam)
  • Having access to required platforms: Email, Instagram, WhatsApp, and Riverside
  • Protecting company information and maintaining data security across all platforms

Performance & Accountability

Remote work is a privilege that comes with responsibility. Performance will be evaluated based on:

  • Quality and timeliness of deliverables
  • Communication effectiveness and responsiveness
  • Contribution to team goals and mission alignment
  • Adherence to our core values and professional standards
